The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) welcomes you to the Alumni TIES TechCamp Reconnect seminar on "Advancing Digital Citizenship through Media Literacy." On this site you will have the opportunity to engage with TechCamp and international exchange alumni working in media literacy from countries in the Western Hemisphere.

Advancing Digital Citizenship through Media Literacy

March 16-26, 2021

This virtual seminar aims to accelerate the development of innovative technology-supported solutions and digital strategies for strengthening media literacy, with sub-topics including democratic governance, transparency, elections, anti-corruption, and post-COVID-19 disinformation.


Alumni TIES TechCamp Reconnect will be an opportunity to showcase relevant, exchange program/TechCamp-inspired projects and initiatives; network with leading professionals in your field across the Americas; and receive training, mentorship, and support to grow your projects and initiatives.
